Students choose their major and minor when they apply, and are matched to academics who work in those fields. Tutorials are normally delivered one-to-one or two-to-one and may occasionally be delivered three-to-one.

Choosing the two subjects
The major is the subject the student wants to investigate in greatest depth and use for the research paper. The minor is a second discipline that can introduce different questions, concepts or methods.

Choose a useful contrast
Which second subject would give the student another way to approach a difficult question?
Both choices are recorded during the application process.
