The terms on which we provide our programmes and services, in brief.
An offer of a place is made after application and interview. A place is secured at enrolment with the £1,299 reservation deposit, which is non-refundable.
Oxford Summer Academy fees are quoted exclusive of VAT. The published fee states what it includes; flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal spending are not included.
Where the 14-day cooling-off period applies, you may cancel within 14 days for a refund of amounts paid, less the enrolment fee, provided the service has not started.
After the cooling-off period, refunds of tuition and accommodation fees depend on how far in advance you cancel: 120 days or more before the start date, 100% of fees paid excluding the enrolment fee; 90 to 119 days, 50%; 45 to 89 days, 10%; and 0 to 44 days, no refund. Refunds are made to the original payer within 28 days of confirming eligibility, net of bank, card, and foreign exchange charges.
Visa applications and fees are the responsibility of parents or guardians. We provide full documentation support but do not submit applications on families’ behalf. If a visa application is refused, fees are refunded on receipt of the official refusal notice, with the exception of the reservation deposit.
All staff working with young people are vetted, with enhanced DBS checks or international police clearance. We reserve the right to send a student home where behaviour puts the student or others at risk. Under 18s may not consume alcohol or vape.
Oxford Global Courses Ltd contracts for the use of University of Oxford facilities and works with tutors and academics from Oxford and Cambridge, but is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge.
