An offer of a place is made after application and interview. A place is secured at enrolment with the £1,299 deposit, which forms part of the total price and is non-refundable.

Oxford Summer Academy fees are quoted inclusive of VAT. The Full Programme price is £6,395 and the Scholars Tier price is £6,995. For both tiers, the £1,299 deposit forms part of the total price and the remaining balance is due within 30 days of paying the deposit. The published fee states what it includes and excludes. There are no compulsory add-ons, hidden programme charges or optional academic supplements.

Oxford Summer Academy accommodation from 8 to 20 August 2027 is planned at St Anne’s College, Oxford. Accommodation arrangements may change where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or venue reasons, and families will be informed of any material change.

Where the 14-day cooling-off period applies, you may cancel within 14 days for a refund of amounts paid, less the enrolment fee, provided the service has not started.

After the cooling-off period, refunds of tuition and accommodation fees depend on how far in advance you cancel: 120 days or more before the start date, 100% of fees paid excluding the enrolment fee; 90 to 119 days, 50%; 45 to 89 days, 10%; and 0 to 44 days, no refund. Refunds are made to the original payer within 28 days of confirming eligibility, net of bank, card, and foreign exchange charges.

Visa applications and fees are the responsibility of parents or guardians. We provide full documentation support but do not submit applications on families’ behalf. If a visa application is refused, fees are refunded on receipt of the official refusal notice, with the exception of the reservation deposit.

Programme staff working directly with students undergo the appropriate enhanced DBS checks as part of OGE’s safer-recruitment process. We reserve the right to send a student home where behaviour puts the student or others at risk. Under 18s may not consume alcohol or vape.

Oxford Global Education is the trading name used by Oxford Global Courses Ltd, which independently organises and delivers its programmes. Neither Oxford Global Education nor Oxford Global Courses Ltd is part of, operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, their constituent colleges or the Oxford Union. References to locations describe facilities used by arrangement. References to academics describe the independently verified affiliations of individuals engaged by Oxford Global Education.
