Oxford Global Education holds UK Accreditation from ASIC.
ASIC is a UK-government mandated accreditation service. Accreditation follows an impartial external assessment of administration, governance, and the educational offering.
Residential Deans are safeguarding-trained before students arrive, and live on site.
ASIC Accreditation · 2026 to 2027
Registers, sign-out, and quiet hours for under 18s.
Students sign in and out when moving between sites, evening registers are taken daily, and staff always know where everyone is.
Accompanied only
Under-16s may only leave the campus grounds when accompanied by a Residential Dean or designated member of staff.
Small groups, signed out
Students over 16 may go off campus during approved free time, in groups of three to five, always after signing out. They must return for the next register and may not leave after curfew.

All students carry emergency contact details for the programme, and must provide a working phone number when signing out.
Health, safety, and medical support
Trained first aiders on site, careful catering briefings, and venues that meet or exceed UK health and safety standards.
Before and during
Before arrival we ask families to share any medical needs, allergies or routines. On site, trained first aiders are available, first aid supplies are easy to access, and local NHS services are nearby. If something requires attention, we update parents promptly and clearly.
Audited in advance
We work only with colleges and venues that meet or exceed UK health and safety standards. Before each programme we complete site audits with college estates teams, confirm fire safety procedures and assembly points, and review risk assessments for accommodation, teaching rooms, and dining spaces.
Catering covers kosher, halal, vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-specific diets.
Multifaith prayer rooms and quiet spaces are arranged on request.
Residential Deans meet students at the airport and bring them to Oxford.
At the end of the programme the Deans escort students back to the departure terminal, help them check in, and see them through to security.
Shared expectations, clearly stated.
Bullying and harassment have no place in our community, and the team acts quickly if concerns arise. Under 18s may not consume alcohol or vape.
Parents receive a campus contact for everyday questions and a 24 hour emergency number for urgent matters.
