Oxford-inspired tutorial teaching
We challenge students to explain, defend and refine how they think. Working directly with a specialist means no assumption is left untested and every promising idea is given room to be pushed further.

Through research and innovation, Oxford Global Education is shaping the future of education. Our purpose is not simply to teach students more, but to teach them how to think: to question deeply, reason clearly and think for themselves.
Entirely taught by academics and graduates from Oxford and Cambridge.
We challenge students to explain, defend and refine how they think. Working directly with a specialist means no assumption is left untested and every promising idea is given room to be pushed further.

Delta studies selective admissions as a measurable system. We compare academic evidence, identify where uncertainty lies and focus effort on the interventions most likely to change a student's position.
We turn that understanding into programmes that help students become more independent thinkers and develop a deeper command of the subjects they care about.

Delta treats selective admissions as a system that can be studied: what matters, how much it matters, where uncertainty lies, and where a student's next hour of preparation is most likely to make a difference.
No other programme in the world has this capability.
For many courses, selection can be modelled from a narrow set of academic inputs. Delta begins by understanding which ones matter.
Six current dimensions show where two independent academic readings converge, and where development should focus next.
Delta separates baseline position, ceiling, uncertainty and the interventions that can realistically move the outcome.
Repeated assessment changes both our estimate and where preparation time goes. As the evidence improves, the uncertainty narrows.
Find the structural weaknesses.
Measure their effect.
Focus effort where it has the highest return.
Reassess and change the plan as the student changes.

A tutorial is curiosity-led teaching at its most concentrated. It is not a lecture of thirty people. Tutorials are normally delivered one-to-one or two-to-one and may occasionally be delivered three-to-one, with students testing an idea and changing their minds when the argument demands it.
Students question assumptions, follow evidence and explain their reasoning through Oxford-inspired tutorial discussion.
“The tutors work on your understanding of the material. That completely changed the way I thought about learning.”

“The programme taught me to think beyond the surface. I became more analytical, more willing to question ideas, and much more confident in the way I approach learning.”
“The tutors don't simply ask you to memorise information. They encourage you to understand the problem, discuss it, and develop your own perspective. That completely changed the way I thought about learning.”
“I loved how personal the tutorials were. With only one or two students, the teaching could be shaped around you, your questions and the way you think. You understand so much more than you would sitting in a lecture with fifty people.”
“I came away with far more confidence, both academically and personally. Being surrounded by students from such different backgrounds taught me how to communicate, contribute and feel comfortable in completely new environments.”
“It was an incredible learning experience, but what made it truly memorable were the friendships, independence and confidence I gained alongside it. I left thinking more deeply and looking at questions in a completely different way.”
“It was a journey of self-enrichment and discovery, surrounded by an unforgettable international community. I left with new knowledge, new perspectives and a much greater desire to experience the world.”
